Our client is a Group of dental clinics established in UAE by a team of French doctors. They cover all
specialties of dentistry, from general diagnosticand treatments to orthodontics, implants,
prosthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, paediatric dentistry etc.
The clinics have between 5 – 10 dental chairs, high end technology equipment and 2 laboratories in
both Dubai and in Doha.
Their patients are 80% expats, from multiculturalbackground.50% of them are French and German.
The team is composed by general dentists, specialists from 5 different countries, dental assistants,
hygienists and an administrative department.
1. Recruitment needs:
– 1 General Dentist (male preferred) cosmetic, Digital Smile Design oriented profile; minimum
3-5 years‘ experience. Recruitment ASAP
– 1 General Dentist (female preferred) prosthodontics oriented profile; 15years ‘experience.

DOHA: opening expected – January 1st,2017. Recruitment October/November
– 1 endodontic specialist
– 1 Oral surgery/implantology specialist (male preferred)
– 1 Pediatric dentist (female preferred)
– 1 Orthodontist, specialist in Invisalign
– 2 General Dentists

2. Candidate profile :
For all profiles above, the clinics are searching for positive, highly motivated individuals, team players,
patient oriented, with a dynamic personality.
The candidates should have experience in Digital Smile Design, CEREC Cad/Cam technology, laser.
Taking into consideration the policy of the clinic and the high percentage of patients from Dubai expat
community the preferred profiles are: EU nationals, French and German speaking doctors. Fluency in
English is a must.
3. Job offer:
– Permanent contract, employee status.
– Full time : 5days/week (Sunday-Thursday, according to UAE regulations)
– Remuneration: fix salary + 35% of monthly turnover* (- direct costs)
Fix salary General Dentist: 25.000 – 35.000 AED
Fix salary Specialist: 30.000 – 40.000 AED
Bonus system : to be determined according to specific criteria
Other advantages: medical insurance, malpractice insurance, 30 days paid holidays/year, 4days
training paid leave/year.
*Example monthly turnover : 200.000 AED for a general dentist.
4. Recruitment process:
For all profiles ROMCALL will submit a CV in English, a summary of the candidate professional
background. A portfolio of clinical cases will be submitted for the clinic’s review upon an initial
approval of the candidate.
First assesments will be done via Skype interviews by the Recruitment Director of the clinics, the final
interview will be done by the General Directors by Skype/interview session in the country of
origin/face to face in UAE
Accomodation and transportation expenses in Dubai/Doha will be covered by the clinic in case of the
visit of clinics and interview in UAE.
The clinics will handle the registration in the UAE Medical Board for all candidates. The process can
take 6 to 8 weeks.
